This is one of our Sump Systems. Note the size of the basin and the discharge line. This pump will empty this basin in seconds when activated.

Here the gutter down spout empties into the drain  line. Leaf guards on the gutters are recommended to keep debris from clogging the line.

One of our workers is backfilling the discharge line. These drain basins were large and empty into a 6” discharge line which was over 100’ in length.

This line is nearing completion.

The grass has been returned over a portion of the trench. The remaining dirt will be removed.

This image shows the existing drain basin that empties into the sump basin. The sump pumps the water out through it’s small discharge line.

This is the discharge location of this sump system. Here the water is released to the concrete alley which flows to the street.

This is a drain basin and line system. Drains located in shrubs need to be cleaned out often to keep debris from clogging the line.

This is a good photo of a drain basin and line system in place ready for backfilling. This basin grate is 18”x18” and can handle a large amount of water.

This is a closer view of the sump motor and float which activates the sump motor when the basin is filled with water.

This is a French drain installed on the high side of a pier & beam foundation. This drain keeps water from collecting and migrating under the house.
